Although Hot will be twenty years old in 2017, she's slipping into it with a bit more to say.  Her Vortech V3 SCi took her from 215 RWHP to 389 RWHP without an intercooler.  The engine has never been out of the car and is currently sitting at 73,000 miles.  I did all of the upper engine work including the Cobra intake swap, fuel injectors, fuel line build, redesign of the vacuum system and all of the gauges.  I'm running Autometer wideband, trans temp, and fuel pressure while PLX Devices is handling boost, oil pressure, oil temp and all available onboard OBDII sensors.  For my application, having the head unit be self contained is perfect.  It really kept the install as clean as possible. Caliber Customs did an absolutely amazing job fabricating the intake and discharge tubes as well as throwing in a new radiator, ATI damper, and passenger side catch can. It was a huge collaboration on the install and Matt's vision very closely mirrored mine with awesome results. Since the Mark VIII has enough differences in the engine bay from the 96 - 98 Cobras, we opted to go a more custom route. The whole process was an epic journey and it just so happened to be taken by a woman as well, in case there is a question about the purple. Haha!
